Can i run GTA 5?

What do you think can i run GTA V at low or medium with this setup?

GTX-750Ti
Intel i5-2310 2.9 Ghz
4GB ram

Probably low. Guys with older i7's and 8GB of RAM with GTX 960s are having issues running at medium and high, so hardware resource requirements are either very demanding or there are still a lot of bugs to work out. Or both.
