Can I run GTA 5?

I know it's a bit silly for me to ask this as my PC is really weak to play a game like GTA 5, but I'm okay with playing at the lowest possible settings and framerates below 60.

My rig:

Foxconn Napa mobo
2 gigs DDR2 667 MHz
Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHz (1333 MHz FSB)
Zotac NVIDIA GT 710 2 GB Zone Edition
Bestec 250 W PSU

Can I play GTA 5 at *ALL* settings at lowest and resolutions like 720p or 1024*768? I'd even go to 480p if that can give me 60 FPS..

I doubt you can even open the game, you are far from the very minimum settings.

What the hell. 2 gb ddr2 !!!! You cant play gta 5 on 2 gb ddr2 you atleast need 4gb ddr3 ram minimum! To run it!
