Hello there fellow forum members! I would like to know if my PC can run GTA V in 60 FPS? I'm targeting "High" graphics settings in 1080p. If possible, I hope my PC can run in Ultra. It would enhance my GTA V experience! Any help is appreciated :)

PC Specs:
CPU: i5-4460 @ 3.20GHz
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 750ti (Windforce edition)
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Motherboard: ASUS-Z87-K

Solution
If those are the requirements then you're mostly set except you'll definitely need a GPU upgrade since the 750Ti is not significantly faster than a 560Ti, you'd still be in the lower rungs of performance.
Nobody knows since the game isn't out yet, and seeing as how it looks like a fairly overhauled version of the engine used in GTA IV, it's unlikely anyone can make accurate assumptions. Sure, hardware is quite a lot faster now than when GTA IV was released, but GTA V is a port of a game developed for significantly more powerful consoles, so that makes accurately estimating performance even harder/next to impossible. Given all of that, you also have to consider that you have a low-midrange tier GPU (but a mid-upper tier CPU), so it's likely that to play the game with high/highest graphics settings, you're going to have to upgrade your GPU to get 60+fps.

A guy named Jonathan Cave posted GTA V system requirements.

Thanks! :)
