CAN I RUN GTX 750 ti with a SMPS TECHNO 450 20+4PIN SATA?

I've done a bit of research but I'm not still satisfied. I've been planning to buy a Nvidia GTX 750 ti but I'm still unsure about the psu wattage. SO GUYS HELP ME OUT!!!
I have an Intel i5 4400 @3.2 ghz
Nvidia Gt 610 and a 8gb ram.

I had the same problem.
I have a really tiny case.
But my PSU was a 240 watt.
Could u maybe make a picture of your psu sticker so we can see your wattage?
