Can i run minecraft, skyrim, counter strike, tf2, g-mod, terraria how many fps would i get on each game thanks in advance.

Yes you'll be able to run all those games with a roch steady 50-60 FPS depending on your screen resolution.

If you have a 24 inch monitor running at 1920 x 1080p then that system should be capable or running those games and more besides at decent framerates. If you want to try games which are more graphically intense then look at getting an R9 280x or something like that

2 x 4GB RAM and R7 260x will improve your build a lot, if you can afford it.
