Can i run it?

Will I be able to play BF4 on high at a palyable fps?

AMD FX-6300 OC’ed to 4.1 ghz (My profile says 3.5 but i just recently overclocked it)
EvgVGA GTX 650ti Boost 2gb
8gb Ripjaw DDR3 Ram 1666
Win 7 64 bit

iIwas able to play bf3 on ultra at 1920×1080 at a stable 45 fps and if I put it on high I got 60+ fps

Well nobody knows how well anything can run BF4 yet. My guess is to get 45+ at ultra you might have to SLI your Graphics card.

you will be able to run it in high resolution with approx 40 fps , but iam not sure about ultra .
