Question Can I run my 3600 mhz ram at 3200 mhz?

Hi, So I have the G skill 32gb 3600 mhz on my Asrock B550 phantom gaming 4 motherboard, but when I run it at max frequency it suddenly turns off.
I was wondering if its ok to run it at 3200mhz instead of its Max frequency through the BIOS? Thanks
