Can I run my pc without a graphics card?

Hey guys, i am building a pc and i still have to wait a week for the final part, which is the graphics card... So i was wondering if i could run my pc to install windows, update the drivers and surf the web without a graphics card? I believe my MB has a built in graphics card or something? It's the MSI H110M Gaming Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Integrated graphics are located on the CPU which feeds the signal through the mobo. We would need to know which CPU you have but most integrated graphics are capable of surfing the web and even sometimes gaming at bare minimum settings.

It is your CPU, whether it's a Celeron, Pentium, i3, i5 or i7, that have an integrated graphics in them. Only some Xeon don't have an integrated graphics solution.

The best thing you can do is try it! Your motherboard has graphics ports (VGA and DVI I believe I saw there), so plug in a monitor and see if it works. Like the others said though, the processor does have to have integrated graphics, but most today do, so that probably won't be an issue.
