Can i run PES 2017

Can i run PES 2017 in a PC having the following specs
*Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @3.10GHz
*4GB RAM
*Directx 11
*AMD Radeon HD 5450
* Memry: 2GB
* Disk space : 500 GB

CPU is okay. Though, memory wouldnt be enough unless you close all your background programs, but still. The gpu is the 2nd possible problem. You can easily boost your performance with new ram and a new gpu. New nvidia gpu lineup will be announced so if you arent in a hurry you should just wait so that pascal gpu prices fall down and you can get your hands on one of them.
