As a Planetside 2 vet, I'll leave some fps numbers and hardware configs so you can get an idea of what to expect. Graphics settings used are maxed out on texture quality, low/off on everything else, bloom on to make seeing cloakers easier, view distance LOD at 1500m, and render quality at 100%. As a side note, as long as you have a decently modern, DX9-capable GPU, the load on the CPU is what really makes Planetside 2 so hard to run. Or rather, it's the fact that the game runs everything, including shadows and lighting and graphical stuff through the CPU instead of the GPU. The GPU pretty much sits around doing nothing other than its end of the ambient occlusion calculations, using its frame buffer, and pushing pixels to your display.
2560x1600 (native res)(is this called 1600p? no idea.):
Athlon 760k at 5.1ghz, HD7950, 8gb ram: 45fps in an empty warpgate, 15-25 in combat, 0.2 in heavy combat
FX8320 at 5.2ghz, HD7950, 8gb ram: 85fps in the warpgate, 15-40 in combat, 0
i5 4460 with onboard graphics, 8gb ram: 50fps in the warpgate, 5-15fps in combat, 0.8fps in heavy combat/getting flaked while flying
i5 4460 with GTX 1060 6gb, 16gb ram: 120fps in the warpgate, 45-65 in combat, 35~ish in heavy combat
i7 4790k at 4.7ghz with GTX 1060, 16gb ram: 210fps in the warpgate, 90~ish in combat, 55~ish in heavy combat
1080p:
760k + HD7950: 50fps, 15-30, 0.2
FX8320 + HD7950: 85, 12-45, 0-0.2
i5 4460 with onboard: 70, 5-25, 0.8
i5 + 1060: 180, 80~ish, 35
i7 + 1060: 240 (self-imposed fps cap), 115~ish, 60~ish
Malik, the i5 4430 + GTX660 should be pretty good, even up to 1080p resolution. Planetside 2 really doesn't stress the GPU at all, especially since Physx was permanently disabled a few years ago because of some nasty bugs. Why not the i5 4460 or a newer i5 6400/6500 or something? Are the prices that different in Pakistan? I'm more worried that your internet will make the game nearly unplayable. Due to the nature of clientside hit detection, I doubt you'll have a very good experience. This is a pretty packet-heavy game.
Jojokhor, I don't think the game will launch properly. You may not even get past the opening character-selection screen. If you can, you'll probably have infinite frame lag at the beginning of the tutorial, which is full of smoke and fog and sparks and other particle effects (a.k.a. even more CPU-heavy).
