What FPS in settings could I expect?
When PUBG releases will the Devs optimize the game more?

Well your Cpu is close to minimum requirements, but PUBG is a very cpu heavy game , i had problems running it in my old i7 920 paired with R9-280x.
You can try buying and if you are not happy with the performance you can refund it and take your money back . ( just dont play more than 2 hours) .

Thanks, then. I will wait for it's release for optimization or instead consider buying Arma 3 for my Battle Royale cravings.
