It will struggle, especially as the game is RAM hungry

You can but I wouldn't suggest you do so. It will run very poorly. More ram would help but even then your rig is far from ideal for PUBG only running a gt 820m. Sorry the news isn't better.

Simply put: no

Long answer: it will launch and it will run but getting it to run at 30fps or more is going to be almost impossible for that pc.

It might buy you a few more FPS but you will still have a difficult time running 30FPS or more consistently.

Won't make a big difference. You'll most of the time be playing below 30fps.
