Can i run R9 290X \ 290 with my power supply?

I want to buy one of them and i don't know if i can run them.
I have:

SeaSonic S12II-620.

I5 3570K (no OC)
12GB RAM 1600Mhz
Samsung SSD EVO 250GB
WD BLACK 2TB

Yes, that's a quality power supply and you should have no problems using either of those cards.

yeah i also searching for psu for r7 250 and helpers have told me that R7 250 has been reported to run off cheap 250W PSU's so you should be fine..
