Your processor is decent enough, since it is after all a desktop-class i3. As for your video card, it is clearly too weak for the game. Despite your amount of vram, those graphics will not run the game at any setting. Your RAM is just enough, though. However, you should try to get some more - especially if you have reserved hardware - and then change your gpu to a newer version. Remember, it's not just about the vram, when comparing GPUs.
