Hi Guys,

I am currently having a Gigabyte 650W 80+ Bronze certified PSU (model Gigabyte P650B) in my system paired with an i7 8700K & a GTX 1070 Ti.

I am planning to upgrade my graphics card to RTX 2070 Super or RTX 2080 in the future.
Can my current PSU handle it? Or is there no possibility without having to upgrade my PSU?

Note: I don't overclock my system at all & have no intention of doing it in the near future either.

My Current System Specs:
CPU: Intel i7 - 8700K (No OC)
Motherboard: MSI Z730-A Pro
Memory: 2 x 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200Mhz DDR4
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Ti Armor (No OC)
Case: Cooler Master MB500 Mid-tower
Case Fans: 4 x 120mm RGB fans & 1 x 120mm non-RGB fans connected.
PSU: Gigabyte P650B 80+ Bronze

I would upgrade your PSU as well, I recently blew my 650w PSU after installing a custom AIO (but I was overclocking). So i wouldn't take the risk TBH.

I now have a 850w with the RTX 2070 and i7 9700k.

Sorry to hear about that.
I have no intention of Overclocking & I don't use any form of liquid cooling either (custom or AIO).

850w PSU with RTX 2070 & i7 9700K is a massive overkill in my opinion. But then again you are running custom loop, so I guess you could do with the extra juice.
