Solution
Bios rom size limitations is a major issue of late and a lot of older gen Msi boards have 16mb chips which isn't enough space to store the additional information for new Ryzen processors. Apparently Msi are re-releasing older gen boards with larger bios roms.

Contact Msi support and see what they can do for you. They possibly may exchange the board if your model is affected.

EDIT: I just checked your boards support page... it doesn't list a BIOS. You'll have to keep checking MSI's beta bios page to see if they put a bios into beta for your B350 Gaming Plus.:

Hardware Unboxed says 'yes'... at least on the board he tested it on. Just make sure you get a BIOS that supports it and load it up before swapping out to the new processor.

Msi released bios for ryzen 3000 series but deleted it after a week

On 300 series chipset it depends on the manufacturers i own a gigabyte X370 and asrock ab350 and both had new bios mid-end of june. Msi at the start said they wont release new bios at all but then they changed their minds and they would release for some boards. With a quick look at your motherboard website there is no bios update for ryzen 3000.

I will wait for a month if nothing changed i will just buy x570

...Msi at the start said they wont release new bios at all ...

That was a low-level support tech who erroneously suggested that in a support question response. It was never an oficially stated position that they would have to 'back-track' from.

But even so, MSI's pitiful BIOS response is pretty sad IMO. I'm reading of several happy Gigabyte and Asrock board owners successfully updating to Ry3k BIOS and running their new CPU's. Even on low-end B350's.
