Can I run SDRAM on an normal pc

I have 32gb SDRAM, so wonder if it works with normal computer ( MSI Z97I).

They are all SDRAM, which exactly do you have, DDR, DDR2, DDR3. DDR4 ????
That MB uses DDR3 RAM.
