Hi i wonder if i can i run the "EVGA GeForce GT 610 1GB (01G-P3-2615-KR)" on my Lenovo h500s. It's a Intel HD Graphics. With 64 MB!!! So i choose to upgrade to a Nvidia geforce gt 610 (EVGA GeForce GT 610 1GB (01G-P3-2615-KR)), the question is then, can i run it?

Well, my parents are splitted. I have a computer there that i never use in my dads house, it's a bit better and it is much wider. I can take that and go for a better card. But if i take that, is a Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 good for gaming if i upgrade to a better Graphics card like gtx 750 or something?

Exactly, and if i'm not into like to play cod. I Think that card will work for Minecraft atleast, i mean YES it will. Bc my brother has one of these, he gets 60+ fps.

I'm not sure how the new Pentium processors stack up against the old Core2Quads in gaming performance. While the system at your Dad's place may be wider (can accept full height cards as opposed to low-profile cards), getting a better graphics card really depends on the power supply. In fact, your Lenovo *could* accept any low-profile graphics card. They simply state "up to" those two low-end cards because of the low powered power supply in the system. Depending on what power supply is in the system at your Dad's house, you may still be limited to low-end graphic cards like the GT620/R5-235.

Of course, you may be able to upgrade the power supply in the system at your Dad's house (can't tell without detailed system specifications) to allow you to install any graphics card that will physically fit within the case (such as the GTX750 or better) and is within your upgrade budget.
