This is what I'm looking at: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GV-N710D3-1GL-GeForce-Express-Graphics/dp/B01AY794B4/ref=pd_sim_sbs_147_4?ie=UTF8&dpID=51gq4JcJiHL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&psc=1&refRID=SP5AQ75XFVXC80D0WKFV

These are my PC Specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4150 CPU @ 3.50GHz
12.0 GB of RAM( all ddr3)
2tb HDD - SATA/64mb Cache
250W PSU.

The PSU was manufactured by FSP Group Inc and the label states the following:

AC Input: 200-240v-2a.50hZ
dc Output:
+3.3V +5V +12V1 +12V2 +5Vsb -12V
14.0A 18.0A 13.0A 13.0A 2.0A 0.5A

Max Output Continuous Shall Not Exceed: 250W

Solution
Don't waste your money on a GT710. It's probably worse than your i3's integrated graphics.

Yes it would work with your psu though.

My integrated graphics are Intel HD 4400.
