can i run this card?

hello guys i currently have a acer aspire x3990 with an I3 2120 processor 8GB of DDR3 RAM and a liteon pe-5221-08 PSU. I really want to get the NVIDIA GTX 750ti 2GB low profile card but i don't think i have enough power to run it.

you cant, its only 210W. you will need at least 300w for GTX 750ti.

You should be able to run that card (it will be very tight) as it only has a 60watt tdp so long as you dont overclock it as it has been known to draw alot more power while OC'ed

thanks guys but i got two different answers :/ i will definable not be overclocking it haha! will it be okk to use until i find myself another PSU? i will be moving all the components into a bigger case aswell.

maybe if all components are in full load (maximum power requirements) you may a have problem like your pc turning off.

I strongly recommend a better PSU.

if you get a GPU without a power connector, everything is fine since PCI-E slot can supply enough energy.

This is the exact GPU I will be getting, and from what i can see from the pictures there is no power cable for it. Its the MSI NVIDIA GTX 750Ti PCie Graphics Card - 2GB from www.scan.co.uk

I would look at it this way. There's no easy way to upgrade your power supply, so if you get the GPU and it doesn't work, then what? If you can upgrade the GPU, first, and then get the card, ok.
