Can I run this GPU and CPU with a MSI 760 P34 FX motherboard?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC and was wondering if these parts were compatible as I could not find the motherboard on pcpartpicker to check compatibility. Thanks!

only 95w cpu's are supported

the regular 8370 is 125w

It MUST be the 8370E

That is not true. This motherboard supports the 8370
The mobo max watts are 125w
