Can I run Witcher 3 on ultra?

My PC specs:
Intel I5 4570 stock
R9 280x Vapor-X
Asrock B85 Pro4
Seagate 1tb
8gb Crucial memory 1600mhz

So witcher 3 is out in a couple of days and I was wondering what is the best setting I should be playing it. Preferably I want to achieve 60fps and I play on 1080p. I want to find the best quality/performance settings there are.

Looks good enough for medium-high settings.Seems to be a bit difficult on ultra at 60 fps.

Then. It's possible to run 60fps at high settings but with turned off AA?

Oh, and my biggest fear is that when I buy witcher 3, the game is not optimised.

These guys had a GTX 980 on ultra settings and had a mostly 60fps experience, with some drops in bigger towns:

CD Projekt has literally spent the last 4-5 months just optimizing. The R9 280X is a good card but much weaker than the GTx 980. My best guess is you're looking at medium settings to get a solid 60fps. But we won't know for sure until it's released.

But you don't have to worry too much, I read another article that the game looks amazing even at low settings, I can't find it at the moment though.
