Can I safely disable Network Connection Broker?

I don't use any Windows apps from the Windows 10 Start menu nor do I use Xbox or visit or buy anything from their store. Orange Soda Crush vs Witcher 3? Hmmmm. Can I safely disable Network Connection Broker? From the description in services I think I can. I just want to hear from those who may have disabled it. Does it affect Windows Update? I can take care of those manually.

Solution
You can safely disable services that don't have Dependencies and you don't need.. in this case, disabling the service will cause Windows Store Apps to not receive notifications from the internet... but as you don't use Windows Apps, yes you can disable Network Connection Broker.
