Can i set up Dual Graphics

Can i set up Dual Graphics if CPU is A4-7300 and discrete GPU is R5 230 and if i can can it be connected to a TV using HDMI (Yes the MOBO supports HDMI for onboard graphics) and how it perform in games old about 4 to 8 years
