Question Can i setup 2 4 GB and 1 8 GB ram on motherboard?

It may or may not work. Adding or Mixing modules is hit and miss even if identical.

I agree. It would be better if you had the second pair of the 8GB's soo you could run all sticks in dual channel mode.
