Can i somehow get through Adblock blockers

Is there any software or extension i can install?
if i disable adblock i get these "COMPUTER IS INFECTED DATE MIGHT CRASH GIVE US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO" type of ads
i tried Ublock origins and anti-adblock killer but they didnt work for me,maybe i just didnt install them correctly?
