Question Can i sustain a good fluent stream with my system?

Hello. My build is old.
i7 3770k at 4.5ghz
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
8gb ddr3 1600mhz 4x2 ram
120gb 750 evo
Msi hd7850 2gb twin frozr iii
650w xfx xxx 80+ psu

I want to start streaming, obs auto-setting utility adjusts my bitrate around 3300-3500, i have 4.5mbit of upload on average. I'm afraid of severe fps drops while gaming and streaming same time. Should i upgrade my gpu? For example an rx570 4gb or maybe higher? I'm not living in usa or europe so buying a new system is very expensive for me, equal to my 4 months of salary. Because of all that, i'm open for some upgrade suggestions. I even think of streaming only web based games and just chatting with my current system until i afford a better one.

For a standalone streaming system, you're good to go. For a gaming only system, you're looking at reduced details. For a gaming and streaming system, you're asking too much from the platform.

I see. Then my best course is to get a recent strong system for gaming and use current one as streming pc via a capture card. Did i get it right?
