My question is, can I switch the graphics card out in my AMD APU E-350 (Radeon HD 6310 Graphics) with a better one? If not, then what other AMD APU products are compatible with my laptop? My computer model is right here:

No you cant add or change the GPU in that. Its part of the APU, also its most likely soldered to the board. Shoulda done your homework before ya bought. That laptop isnt good for anything other than general PC duties and MAYBE some HD video.

Very few laptops have upgradeable graphics cards, and those are all high end. The graphics in your laptop are part of the CPU, and it is unlikely that you can replace that. *Some* laptops have a CPU (APU) that can be replaced. Most don't.
