Can i transfer Xbox one skyrim special edition saves to pc skyrim special edition?

Ok so i few weeks ago i bought skyrim special edition for my Xbox one and am about to be buying it for pc too (i enjoy games more on pc) but before i do i was wondering if there was a way to pull the save off of Xbox one and put it on my pc. I've been researching it but can't find anything so any help is appreciated!

I can't imagine the special edition being too different than the original.

I don't know. I'm not too much of an expert with gaming consoles.
