Hi so recently my Mobo fried because of my insignia psu when I installed a new cpu, so I am planning on buying a new one. So can I trust this Corsair psu vs600watt 80plus white will it solve my motherboard frying problem?

It's all about opinions but my trusty Corsair GS800 has seen me through several builds without a single problem.
All my builds have had the heck overclocked out of them and one had SLI GTX560ti's in there too.
The same PSU is currently powering my 8700K@5Ghz/GTX1080/Maximus X hero/16GB@3000/Arctic Liquid Freezer/Fractal D6 build like a trooper and looking good doing it.
I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

yah some folks gave the last gen CX series some bad press but it was undeserved. the VS series a decent budget psu though Corsair makes some better models for sure. check on the newer CX series psu for a better budget unit that should not cost much more.

not saying to avoid the VS series but the newer CX units are a lot better for roughly the same cost.

You can pretty much trust Corsair to not damage your parts if it fails.
Unfortunately, some Corsair units fail more frequently.
Corsair is very good about RMA which is a plus.

A cheap psu is poor economy.
I know we all have budget limitations.
But try to buy a tier one or two psu with sufficient capacity for a future graphics card upgrade.
I like the new Seasonic focus line.
Here is one tier list:
