Can i trust ebay SSDs?

Likely, it is ok. Ebay has good buyer protection.
But, 64gb is too small for windows. Many things go on the C drive.

Look for 120gb or 240gb Samsung evo. They are best for performance and reliability.
Samsung has a nice ssd migration utility to convert.
Google your laptop to see how to replace the hard drive.

A ssd in a laptop will transform your performance.

From my experience with OCZ if you buy an SSD from a non-authorized vendor then they void your warranty.

That happened to me. My SSD died and they didn't recognize the vendor and told me to 'F' myself. Moved on to Samsung and never looked back.

Look that kind of thing up before buying.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!
My laptop is a HP Pavilion DV6 6135DX it has a normal 360gb HDD in it and i bought an extra HDD caddy that would replace the blue ray drive cause honestly i don't use it at all, imma use the SSD for OS use only and the other HDD for other stuff like music, games..etc
Wouldn't a 64gb ssd be enough for that?

First of all, you will not get 64gb useful.
Something less like 58gb.

Then, as a ssd fills up, it will slow down and lose endurance.
Also, whatever you put on a ssd will be much quicker.

Do some shopping.
You can buy a Samsung 850 EVO 120gb for $99.

You can buy a 240gb Samsung 850 evo for the same $99:

go figure.
