Can I update a bios to use 8th gen CPU in a 7th gen motherboard?

I have an asus b250f strix motherboard and an intel i5 8600k processor. I saw on the asus.com has bios update 1002, but i don't know what is in the update. Please help!

Short answer is no.

Your motherboard doesn't support 8th generation CPU, there is no BIOS update for that.
