Question Can I update Asus BIOS without a pendrive?

Hello! I saw that gigabyte has software to update BIOS (app center) and I wanted to know if ASUS also has it or if there is any way to update my BIOS without a pendrive. I saw something about downloading the MSI Center from the Windows store and I also saw a comment from a guy saying that the ASUS BIOS can be updated directly from the PC's BIOS. Can anyone confirm if there is a way and how I can do it?

There's always a risk of your BIOS flash process being corrupt, if you flash the BIOS using the online method or a software. You're advised to flash the BIOS using a pen drive, with the right BIOS meant for your board.

On those MBs you don't even need usb to upgrade from BIOS, you can place renamed file in any internal disk's root folder and navigate from BIOS to it.
