Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7100T CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Intel graphics 630

Is there ANY way I can upgrade this pc at all and if not is there any way I can get the most performance out of it?

I have good news and I have bad news. The good news is that you have an actually LGA 1151 socketed CPU so it can be replaced. The bad news is that I have no idea by what. It will be limited by motherboard support and your power supply. Given that it is running a low power CPU (designated by the T) it probably won't take kindly to a full power CPU.

Chances are pretty good though that you could add more RAM to it, or even get an SSD to replace your hard drive. You may not see much improvement from the RAM, but you'll see a night and day difference with an SSD if you don't already have one.

Hope that helps in some way.
