I have an Older HP 2000 Notebook that I wanted to do more stressful stuff with. Like Editing or maybe some light gaming. The Question is can I upgrade the CPU or I should say APU, because there is nowhere near enough room for a full sized graphics card. It has to be AMD and would this bring up temps? With the current APU in it starts at 45 Celsius and after login it gets to 60 Celsius? What are some cooling solutions?

I don't know what exact model of HP 2000 you have, but I have to assume based on my Googling that you have an E-300 APU, in which case there are exactly 0 upgrade options. It's soldered to the motherboard, so there's no way to upgrade it unless you have some very expensive equipment (although it would be cool to be able to pop an E2-2000 APU in there). The best you can do is replace the stock RAM with some fancy RAM to reduce memory timings: http://www.macmall.com/p/9070937?dpno=13458494&source=zwb12166
