Can i upgrade Dell Inspiron N7110?

Hello,
I would like to know if i can upgrade my graphics card for my Dell Inspiron N7110.

The reason is that i want to be able to play my BF3 that i brought. But i still don't understand. I can run COD:Black Ops on almost high but why can't i run BF3?
But i do notice my graphic card is really crappy...

BF3 is a much higher requirement game than black ops, on both the CPU and the graphics card. The graphics in your laptop are quite poor, however it's pretty difficult to get a better graphics card without upgrading the laptop.

There are some external graphics cards but I don't think they're in production anymore and they're probably more expensive than they're worth.

Sorry to say it but you'll probably need to upgrade your laptop to play intensive games at high frame rates, it's a shame because your processor is very nice.

Hmm, I'm not too sure either. It seems quite old though as it says it's built for vista and it features an 8600GT.

Sorry, I'm really not sure how to upgrade the graphics on a laptop without buying a new one.

hi i have same laptop as you and you are making big mistake .. you have two graphic cards the intel crappy one and a descent nvidia gt525m .. before playing a game just right click on the application and choose the high performance graphics than you ll see you got it wrong .. cod worked may be cuz it was marked as default with the nvidia card 😉

I already got my new gaming pc. I can play BF3 on ultra smoothly now. Thanks to everyone who replied this thread.
