Can i upgrade my graphics card and/or processor in my Toshiba E45-B4200 laptop? Is it possible, if so any recommendations?

GPUs are very rarely upgradeable in laptops, almost always limited to some very high-end laptops with an MXM card. CPU can be done a little more often, but it frequently involves soldering.

i dont think it is possible, because laptops nowadays rarely upgradable, only some brand that have upgradable gpu and most of them are high end, for sure cpu is not upgradable

It's very unlikely, and the graphics chip certainly cannot be upgraded.

If you are fine with perhaps selling your current laptop for a laptop that could run better, I would be glad to suggest a few models.

This one performs a bit better than a desktop GT 730 and a little worse than a GT 740 for graphics, and the processor will have a little more power since it isn't a "U" model, which is meant for extra power saving.
