Can i upgrade my graphics memory

I have HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15 laptop with Intel HD graphics ,also Intel Pentium(R) 987 1.50ghz dual core processor with 4GB RAM and windows 10 pro ,my graphics memory is 1667mb and my dedicated video memory is 32mb.
If I upgrade my RAM into 8GB, will my graphics memory and dedicated video memory increase or NOT...please explain me..

no, intel hd graphic borrows ram for its video memory, you can try add vram size to 64mb in BIOS but i doubt it would make significant graphic speed improvement

But in my bios settings it doesn't show any kind of settings like vram in it.

I was wrong, for this specific model it doesn't have option to change dedicated VRAM, you should contact HP and ask about possibility to add internal discrete graphic card.
