I want to add more ram and ssd drive.

Is it possible ? What are the limits and suggestions

The laptop should come with 8GB DDR4-3200Mhz ram soldered to the motherboard and you should have access to a single ram slot which should accept a max of 16GB DDR4-3200MHz. I'd advise on opening up the bottom cover and inspecting if you do indeed have an empty ram slot. If you do, you have the option of going with;
a| 1x8GB DDR4-3200MHz (laptop ram)
or
b| 1 x 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (laptop ram).

Your laptop's disassembly should be the same as this video.
