Can i upgrade the gpu?

I have a question: I have an Hp Pavilion 500-500nq and i want to know if i can to upgrade the gpu with a ASUS Radeon RX 460 Dual OC 2GB DDR5 128-bit,if not plz tell my another gpu.I have a budget of 150$

Yes, you can.
But since it came with an R7 240, I think you should get a single fan RX 460.

From the information i found here (http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c04551667) i can say yes, you can upgrade the GPU of your computer.

That RX 460 will fit and work without any problems, but i would recommend a Nvidia GTX 1050Ti. 1050ti is under 150$ mark and will give you better performance over RX 460 at more GPU-demanding games.
