I was wondering if I could upgrade my i5-3470 cpu in the USFF Dell optiplex 7010

The socket type is 1155 LGA and it's Ivy Bridge if that helps.

USFF usually has a very minimal power supply. You can upgrade but you may need a psu and doing this can be risky

You can upgrade.
There's no problem replacing i5-3470 with a i7-3770 in your Dell USFF 7010, both CPUs have the same power consumption and PDT.
