Can I upgrade to ATA-600

I have a crap 2tb WD Green that I need to replace. I believe my P55-UD4p motherboard only supports up to ATA-133. Should/Can I but a PCI ATA-600 controller and still support my 2nd and 3rd ATA-133 drives? What drive is recommended?
