Hi to everyone .
Guyz plz reply quickly .
When i bought my laptop it had windows 10 . But after few days my brother changed it to windows 7 for some reasons .
it has intel hd graphics 3000. so the question is whether i can change it back to windows 10 again as i have seen that intel hd 3000 doesnt support windows 10. And also i have standard vga adapter in it after intel hd . when i update it changes to radeon 4840 ,but computer crashes on boot up so i have uninstalled it but cannot remove it completely . next question is , whether amd is there or not in my laptop.if there how to fix it. even if i clean install it not working and also ccc not opening.
So confused totally.
please reply guys. Thanks in advance.

Intel never released an HD Graphics 3000 driver for Windows 10.

Some users have reported that they were able to install the Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 7/8-64-bit version of the driver.

You should also be able to download and install the latest AMD Catalyst Driver for Windows 10 to fully enable the feature set for the AMD Radeon HD 6470M – 1GB graphics card that is in the Dell Inspiron 14 N4050.
Which laptop do you have?

Was/Is Windows 7 activated? If your laptop came with W10 preinstalled, you should be able to reinstall and skip with "I don't have a key" and it'll activate when you're online.

That assumes your bro installed Windows 7 with another license.....and did not utilize downgrade rights (very few people know those even exist, so chances are good he didn't).

Your W10 license should still be available to you.

the laptop must have the windows 10 license in place, it is stored in the bios

it is a matter of do backups of you files, download the windows 10 download tool, creat a usb drive with the installer and install it, it should take the license from bios and activate itself

all you need to know is what windows license it had, windows 10 home, home single language, professional

often the information can be found in the manufacturer website or in the box the laptop came coudl be a dvd disk to restore it, sometimes happens

there is a tool calle produkey, it gather the windows key, included the one on bios, sometimes it tells you for what windows is, so it is easier to download the disc and instal

about the radeon, what exact model of laptop do you have?

usually windows 10 itself pulls the driver and install it for you

the ati you mention, cant find information, if it came with your laptop or not, i think it didn't came

if it comes, windows 10 will install the driver for it, the problem is the switch form the intel hd to the ati radeon, usually that is done via a driver/tool, you will have to search for it

one thing that bothers me is how you installed windows 7, why you has windows 10, your laptop is old and the license might not be valid or you might not have a windows 10 license

do you have a coa with the 25 letters and numbers in the botton of the laptop or do you have a sticker with a windows logo on the bototn pointing to a windows 8 licencse?
