Ok i have a MSI x470 gaming plus motherboard. A Ryzen 5 1600, 16 gb coursair ram. Rx 590 GPU. Anyway my motherboard has 2 slots for M.2 Andi i have 2 samsung 500 gb m.2 drives. Can i use both slots for extra storage? or will it cut my wifi card off? Soon i will remove the wifi card when i get a wire ran under the house.

Solution
it depends on the type of slot(s).
if both are PCIe then it should be fine.
if one is SATA it may disable certain SATA III ports on the board.

you may need to alter some BIOS settings to enable a second drive.
you would have to read your motherboard user manual and see what directions it gives for filling both slots.
