Can I use 4GBx2 DDR3 Corsair Vengeance with 8GBx1 DDR3?

My configuration is Core i5 3570k CPU, Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 MB, 8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance RAM with 1+2 TB WD HDD.

I'm currently using my 2 RAM slots with 2 4GB DDR3 1600 Bus, 9-9-9-24 RAMs. Can I use another 8GB DDR3 RAM of same generic on my 3rd slot? Also if I put another 8GBx2 RAMs in other 2 slots, will I be using the total combined RAM of 24 GB?

Please help me my advising!

Such combinations have no guarantee to work. Nothing is stopping you from testing whether or not they are compatible together.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. A single kit is what is recommended.
