[SOLVED] Can i use a a generic PCI E to 8 pin cable to power up my gtx 1660 S?

There is no standardization among modular cables. You absolutely need to use what came with it, or a direct replacement from SeaSonic.

I see. So itll work if i get any seasonic modular cables that im missing? Or do i need the same m12II 520 bronze cables to be exact

Only some are even standardized among the same brand.
The exact cable it came with. Anything else brings the possibility of releasing the magic smoke.
