Can I use a GPU from The US in a European computer?

The components within the PC are standard. It's just the supply voltage that will be different. The voltage at the wall socket.

if you hook up all the correct connections it shouldnt matter where the GPU is from as long as the power to it is what it is expecting to receive of course
