[SOLVED] Can i use a gtx 10 series gpu in a lga 1155 motherboard?

I have an old pc i put away a while ago with an i5 2320 (socket 1155) and a gt 520. I wanted to get it running again and i thought of getting a gt 1030 to make it run a little better. Can it be done or will it cause issues?

Go into your PC's bios. If it's:
-Legacy only support, then no. GTX 700 series and Radeon R7/R9 is as high as you will be able to go.
-UEFI support, then yes.
