CAN I USE A NVIDIA 4GB GRAPHICS CARD ON A AMD MOTHERBOARd?

Can i use the MSI GTX 970 GAMING Twin Frozr V 4GB on the Asus F2A85-V PRO Motherboard and in the future do sli?

You can use the GPU with the Mobo, but i don't believe your Mobo supports SLI or crossfire.

It says on http://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/F2A85V_PRO/specifications/ that it Supports AMD 3-Way CrossFireX™ Technology but will it work on this nvidia gpu or is it just amd

You can only use one Nvidia card. That motherboard doesn't support SLI. But that's ok. I don't think you should run dual high end graphic cards with an FM2 cpu.
