Can I use a wireless mouse with the receiver from other mouse?

I have lost the receiver of my Evo Labs MS-E2098WB wireless mouse. I have a receiver from an Argos mouse. Is there any way of connecting the mouse with the receiver? I have read that with some mice you can do it by pressing the reset button, but my mouse doesn't seem to have a reset button.

They are usally keyed at the factory, i know Cherry and Kensington do this , they will say buy a new mouse.
